  Bring out your own strong points!

  When looking for a job, it is important to be able to describe what you are good at. A good description of your strong points helps the employer see what you can bring to the team that no one else can. Think about where you have received compliments or what comes naturally to you. Are you good at meeting customers, working under pressure, or learning fast? Choose your own strong points and describe them through practical examples.

  Do we have a match?

  There is no need to pretend to be someone else in a job application. The most important thing is that you are yourself and have the courage to tell us what you are looking for and what kind of work you would like to do. In your application, tell us what has inspired you in a workplace. This will help us find the best possible match for both of us.

  Responding to a job listing

  In a job application, it is important to explain why you are applying for that particular job. It is always a good idea to slightly tailor the application to the position you are applying for. When you respond directly to a published job listing, you indicate to the employer that you are genuinely interested in that job specifically.
